What counts as a "user" in AssetsXP?

A user is anyone with a named login to the AssetsXP platform — including content uploaders, editors, approvers, and administrators. External stakeholders (such as agency partners or vendors) who only access Brand Portals to download approved assets are not counted as users and do not consume user seat licenses.

What is included in the storage limit?

Storage includes all files uploaded to your AssetsXP account — original files, AI-generated thumbnails and previews, and any automatically created format variants. CDN delivery bandwidth is measured separately; Business and Enterprise plans include unlimited CDN bandwidth. Professional plan CDN delivery is available as a paid add-on.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time and the new billing and features take effect immediately. A prorated credit for unused days on your current plan is applied automatically. Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the end of your current billing period to ensure no disruption to your team's access.

SAML 2.0 SSO and Active Directory / LDAP integration are included on all Enterprise plans. Business plan customers can add SSO for $199/month as an add-on. All plans support two-factor authentication (TOTP and hardware key) as a standard security feature.

What does Enterprise onboarding look like?

Every Enterprise customer is assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager who coordinates a structured 90-day onboarding program. This includes: data migration from your existing storage systems, custom AI model training on your asset library if needed, user training workshops, API integration support, and executive alignment sessions. We don't consider onboarding complete until your team is self-sufficient and achieving measurable results.
